The park is open from sunrise to sunset every day throughout the year with special rates starting from Memorial Day (May 28th) to Labor Day (Sept. 3rd). The popular state park consists of nine miles of gorgeous landscape and 2,500 acres of freshwater lake. The picnic areas have grills and tables for the perfect outdoor meal as well. The park also offers a large range of recreational activities, which include: playgrounds for children, basketball courts, and fields for soccer and football! The entrance fee is counted by vehicle and is significantly cheaper for New Jersey locals compared to non-residents.
